Mary received a joint MA Hons in Fine Art from Edinburgh University and Edinburgh College of Art 1990. She then went on to study at Post Graduate Level at Edinburgh College of Art, receiving a Distinction.
Mary's current work explores 'inner geography' - informed by the archipelago of the Outer Hebrides, where she grew up.
She is based at WASPS Studios in Selkirk.
